FLOORING SALES SPECIALIST AND DESIGNER- Haynes Furniture

DescriptionWe're seeking positive & enthusiastic Flooring Sales Specialists with a desire to help customer's transform their flooring interior. If you enjoy heavy customer interaction, have a sharp eye for detail and want to exceed customer's expectations, this role is for you!Flooring Sales Specialist will sell quality flooring products and services such as installation, credit financing and delivery.Passion for sales and engaging with customersProvide expert advice on flooring options, ensuring customers make informed decisionsUpsell additional products, accessories, warranties, and product enhancements to improve customer experienceDemonstrate product features and benefits to customersCollaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales goalsGenerate detailed quotes, considering material costs, labor, and other relevant factors and present proposals to customersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCoordinate all phases of flooring projects, from initial consultation to final installationExcellent follow-up and works with a sense of urgencyGreat attitude and communication skillsMaintain knowledge of current sales and promotionsFamiliarity with retail math calculations (discounts, percentages, etc.)*Optional* have a working knowledge of flooring applications, to include: Carpet, Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl Plank, Laminate, Sheet Good Vinyl (residential and commercial)Manage showroom displays, samples, and selling toolsExplain financing options, process credit applications and complete purchaseEnsure customer orders are going out within required time frameDeliver top-tier customer service to every customer, confirms customer needs are met before leaving the store, build loyalty and referralsRegularly complete price changesMust be flexible with work schedules and be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekendsRequirementsDemonstrate effective verbal and written skills.Prioritize effective/efficient time management.Ability to effectively motivate, Ability to multi-task in fast a pace environment and strong attention to detail.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
