TriGreen Equipment is a John Deere dealership with 28 locations throughout Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. We run along side anyone who works the land, and we support our local communities through delivering the technology and support our customers need to make the most of the land.
As TriGreens Marketing Coordinator, youll be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Youll manage multiple projects across internal teams, coordinate event marketing, connect customers to our brand through growing our organic social media presence, and support our locations with the marketing resources they need to engage customers. This role requires a highly organized, proactive self-starter who thrives on juggling priorities and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute the organic social calendar
o Creates social media content, including capturing and editing photo and video assets
o Plans and manages community outreach and customer events
o Manages marketing material inventory & requests
o Supports promotional plans and SEO content for a specified segment or area of the business
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
o Proficient in content creation and video editing tools (Adobe Express, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
o Familiar with social media management tools (e.g., Hubspot) and social media analytics tools
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
o Understanding of social media best practices and strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
o Demonstrated copywriting skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to develop rapport with teammates, colleagues and customers
o Experience / background or interest in construction, agriculture, or rural lifestyle industries
o Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
o Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
o Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
