Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr General Info: US Citizen or GC Holders only Remote/Hybrid Long term, ongoing contract position This team manages the planning and execution of creative marketing deliverables including supporting event materials and financial planning materials. Qualifications: Required: B.A. or B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required. 5+ years project management experience in corporate marketing or creative agency environment. Proficiency in Workfront is required Strong attention to detail, and able to solve a range of challenges with no or little guidance. Able to effectively manage multiple highly complex initiatives and quickly adapt to changes, work efficiently and productively under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must demonstrate ability to successfully communicate with project/account team, multiple business areas, divisions, leaders, and external vendors Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Duties: Senior Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Responsibilities: Work cross functionally to lead the successful development of multiple highly complex campaigns and projects across audiences for a given business area(s) throughout entire project lifecycle. Develop and lead holistic, multifaceted project plans by collaborating with strategic partners, and incorporates the chosen project management methodology, technology, and tools. Anticipate, identify, execute solutions to manage project issues and risks by tracking, assigning ownership, following up, and understanding and sharing impact on deliverables, cost, resources and schedule with project and account teams, strategic partners, and business area(s). Provide timely communication of project status, and key milestones to keep project and account teams, strategic partners, business area(s) and senior leadership informed, and to drive timely decisions. Use project management technologies and tools such as scopes of work and resource estimates to create project and resource plans, and performs analysis to ensure resource allocation efficiency, project deadlines are met and delivered within budget. Lead securing all legal, compliance and branding approvals and ensures record retention procedures are followed. Grow strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project/account teams, business partners and leadership both inside and outside the firm.
