The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Global Product Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world supporting the growth of the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division (IATD). The candidate will provide product marketing support to the Adhesives and Specialty Tapes business globally, coordinating and executing global marketing services programs, policies, and procedures. Here, you will make an impact by: Working independently with defined processes and tools to support global business growth. Analyzing and interpreting information, examining variables, developing proposed solutions, and executing actions for the business. Supporting critical marketing and communication activities:

Communicate with 3M global subsidiaries through oral and written correspondence to ensure needs are met. Independently prepare critical internal and external correspondence. Support execution of sales, promotion, and/or interactive marketing activities. Maintain critical business information like pricing lists, sales reporting, project status tracking, etc.

Driving portfolio and product processes:

Administer sample and marketing material ordering processes. Manage Global Material Creation process. Maintain product descriptions within 3M systems & content to ensure data accuracy. Execute packaging design projects.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration (completed and verified prior to start) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Strong Microsoft Office suite skills in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBI. Knowledge of assigned area of responsibility and desire to expand knowledge of general 3M structure, organization, and business. Experience with 3M or other corporate enterprise software and processes. Working knowledge of theories and practices related to product marketing, such as market research, channel/product marketing, pricing, etc. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently. Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $96,557 - $118,014, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
