Marketing Coordinator
who is outgoing, creative, organized, and passionate about bringing people together while amplifying the Imperium brand. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination Plan and execute a variety of internal and external events: lunch-and-learns, tradeshows, company gatherings, partner/client appreciation events. Maintain detailed event calendars and project timelines in collaboration with the Marketing Director. Marketing & Communications Write and edit content for social media, blogs, and email marketing that aligns with our brand and strategic objectives. Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. Develop engaging social media content plans, post regularly, and engage with followers. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to execute marketing campaigns across email and digital platforms. Assist in creating sales and marketing collateral (flyers, presentations, case studies, video recaps). Manage promotional item inventory and ordering for both sales and events. Office Support Support office operations, events, and team coordination as needed. Monitor office expenditures and maintain supply inventory. Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing and leadership teams. Maintain open, professional communication across all levels of the organization. Regularly communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success. Help maintain marketing department documentation and databases. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand and social media management, or event coordination. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) and paid ad campaigns. Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a
full-time, in-person role
based at our Tampa, FL office. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite daily and collaborating face-to-face with cross-functional teams. Please note that we will begin reviewing applications the week of September 8th
