This position plays an important role in supporting daily marketing initiatives, including co-op program management, event coordination, and the execution of promotional strategies to strengthen brand visibility. A key focus of the role is managing and expanding the companys presence across social media platforms to drive engagement and audience growth. What You'll Do: Gather and analyze data to create reports that support workflow optimization, project planning, and demand forecasting. Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts to increase engagement and brand awareness. Track and report on social media and campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy. Manage co-op processing and identify opportunities to maximize vendor support. Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events and trade shows. Collaborate with the graphic designer and team members to produce engaging visual and written content. Coordinate promotional items and branded apparel for internal and external use. Assist with media buying and advertising placements across traditional and digital channels. Work cross-functionally with store locations, sales, and aftermarket teams to align marketing efforts. Support special projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Be a proactive and flexible team player within a dynamic marketing department. Skills & Experience We're Looking For: College or technical school degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in the marketing field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated, process-driven, and team-oriented. Positive and proactive attitude.
