Our brands cater to discerning clients who value quality, aesthetic, and exceptional experiences. We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to unify and elevate our digital presence across these brands with cohesive storytelling, strong visual strategy, and results-driven campaigns.
Position Overview
As our Vice President of Marketing, you will lead digital strategy and execution across all platforms. This role blends creative vision with marketing acumen—perfect for someone who thrives in the luxury space and understands how to attract, engage, and convert high-end clientele. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, sales, and creative teams to drive brand growth and visibility. A core part of this role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with real estate agents and brokerages to expand our reach and drive interest in both our custom homes and leasing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Realtor & Affiliate Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, influencers, and lifestyle partners to broaden market reach
Develop co-branded campaigns and incentive programs to drive buyer and renter referrals
Host and promote targeted events to attract affluent clientele
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s customer base
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing cross-functional marketing team
Oversee agency partners and vendors as needed
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Create and manage compelling content across social media platforms : Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube
Lead paid media strategy (PPC, programmatic, paid social) to generate qualified leads for homebuyers, renters, and salon clients
Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns based on KPIs
Brand Development
Ensure unified brand storytelling across all channels while respecting each brand’s unique identity
Oversee website development and updates to optimize UX and lead generation
Implement high-end visual aesthetics and tone appropriate for luxury audiences
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and team leadership
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus
Experience working directly with realtors or luxury real estate firms
Prior experience marketing luxury products or services strongly preferred
Experience with SEO, SEM, and high-end consumer behavior
Creative eye for luxury branding and social media aesthetics
Proven track record of generating leads and ROI through digital platforms
Excellent communication and project management skills
Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email platforms (Mailchimp, or similar), Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar digital tools
Proficiency in content management systems, E-Mail marketing platforms, and project management tools
Core Competencies
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing marketing teams
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and affluent market segments
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
Creative problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking capabilities
Experience building and maintaining professional networks and partnerships
Preferred Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)
Google Ads / Analytics Certifications
Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar digital tools
