Job Mission
We are seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager responsible for ASMLs computational lithography and related Fab Applications software products. In this role, you will develop and own the product definition, market strategy, and roadmap. This includes increasing profitability of existing product lines and developing new products. You will create product marketing plans, conduct market research, competitive analysis, feasibility studies, engage with customers globally, and translate customer needs into product requirements. You will work closely with R&D, product engineering, sales, and field operations, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.

Acquire deep customer knowledge by interacting with customers to understand their technical requirements and translating these into product roadmaps and engagement strategies.
Own market requirements, validation, and product roadmaps; deliver product requirement documents with business cases and feasibility plans.
Evaluate financial aspects such as budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, ROI, and profit-loss projections.
Develop and execute business plans by analyzing market opportunities and monitoring trends; use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability.
Collaborate with product engineering and account teams to define customer engagement plans.
Analyze competitors and develop marketing campaigns to maintain market share and profitability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on competitive selling, pricing, and market development.
Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and communication plans, including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, and sales training.
Establish core positioning and messaging; manage market communication activities to promote products.
Handle issues related to product ordering, systems, tools, and manufacturing supply.
Travel up to 25-30% for customer visits and meetings.
