As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in your sales territory through daily marketing calls
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for your sales territory
• Achieve and exceed sales territory revenue goals consistently

Position Requirements

• At least two years of direct sales experience
• Strong process-oriented and results-driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred (training provided)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Willingness to complete a background check as required by law

Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
