Job Profile
We are looking for a strategic-thinking and competent marketing leader to join our organization. The CMO will play a strategic role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our various services, overseeing market research, and guiding marketing activities across channels. This position will be responsible for driving cohesive campaigns to promote our products/services, digital presence, partnerships, thought leadership, experiential marketing, and external communications.
The ultimate goal of the Chief Marketing Officer is to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and sales growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and execute the organization's marketing and branding strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, conversion, and brand equity.
- Leverage digital marketing channels, technology, and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Oversee external communications to ensure campaigns promote brand reputation and growth.
- Develop strategies for Digital Marketing Communications, Thought Leadership, Events, and PR to position the company's brand favorably.
- Produce marketing materials such as briefs, corporate profiles, key messages, presentations, brochures, videos, and digital content.
- Manage storytelling across categories and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
- Set KPIs and report on marketing performance across channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, media outlets, and influencers.
- Contribute to event planning and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of comprehensive marketing or business development experience, with increasing responsibility.
- 3-5 years of management or leadership experience.
- Proven experience as a CMO or similar managerial role.
- Expertise across marketing disciplines: strategy, brand development, consumer behavior, product management, digital and traditional media, business development.
- Strong communication skills in digital and traditional media, including direct marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, and event marketing.
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly to changing marketing landscapes.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as data analytics, website development, branding, visual communication software, SEO, and social media.
- Skilled in leveraging digital and non-digital channels to create engaging campaigns.
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and large-scale campaigns.
