FlexStaff is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our client's online growth initiatives-remote work is encouraged, but bonus points if you're based in Long Island! As a key player in our marketing team, you'll develop and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns, leverage analytics to boost search rankings and conversions, and engage audiences across social media and email channels. You'll work closely with our internal teams to craft compelling content, optimize landing pages for SEO, and implement sophisticated automation tactics using Marketo-including personalized nurture streams and smart audience targeting. Your creativity and analytical skills will help identify new growth opportunities and elevate our brand presence.
