Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant manages all IABA social media accounts while overseeing review platforms in order to create company awareness within our clinics' communities. The Marketing Assistant will also provide support with marketing tasks throughout the community to increase interest in IABA and to develop a network of potential client and staff referrals. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant will pull content from company events, create on-brand posts, make suggestions for content/videos, and respond to all comments. Knowledge of social media platforms and other PR avenues Ability to pull content per the company schedule & voice of IABA and post across social media sites Assists in building a following across social media sites in order to create both external (community) and internal (client & staff) awareness Responds to all comments on social media within one business day Keeps a schedule of posts to rotate content Makes recommendations based on reader engagement for content & events Supports IABA Clinical Directors and HR Recruiter in building a network for each clinic of both intake clients and potential staff Conducts blanket marketing to bring brand awareness and engage potential clients and staff Supports IABA Clinical Directors in planning and implementing company events Requests new visuals for content as needed Manages Google Ads and company visibility Manages and responds to reviews left via Google and other platforms Handles any negative publicity with grace Must have either an Associates degrees or is in progress to complete a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Minimum of 6 months of marketing and/or PR experience Self-sufficient with ability to self direct Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms Organized with a high level of attention to detail Must pass a background check This a part time position (15-20 hours a week) This is an in-clinic position at the Naperville location Reports to HR Recruiter For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
