We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands in the Missouri cannabis industry. This role works closely with other teams to execute campaigns, coordinate events, and maintain brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and regulated market while contributing directly to the success of company marketing initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Campaign & Content Support

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website. Design and adapt digital assets for campaigns under the Marketing Managers direction. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to gather content, imagery, and approvals. Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines. Proofread and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Event & Activation Assistance

Support planning and execution of retail appreciation days, trade shows, and brand activations. Assist team with event logistics such as materials preparation, shipment coordination, and on-site setup/teardown. Track and restock promotional inventory (swag, signage, printed materials).

Administrative & Project Management Support

Maintain organized files for marketing assets, photography, and campaign documents. Track invoices, vendor contracts, and budget expenses for approval by the Marketing Manager. Compile performance metrics from digital platforms and provide reports to the Marketing Manager.

Creative & Design Support

Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, packaging updates, and in-store promotions. Prepare and format print-ready files for vendors, signage, and promotional items. Assist with light photo/video editing for content and brand storytelling. Maintain organized digital libraries of creative assets, templates, and brand kits.

Compliance & Industry Awareness

Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with cannabis marketing regulations. Stay updated on competitor marketing and relevant industry trends.

Required for computer-based tasks, scheduling, and communications.

Required for event support, deliveries, and brand activations.

Up to 30 lbs. of event or promotional materials.

Reviewing marketing content, images, and layouts for accuracy.

Qualifications

21 years of age or older. Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Missouri Agent Card. Associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field; bachelors preferred. 13 years of marketing experience, preferably in cannabis, CPG, retail, or a regulated industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Highly desired:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) or similar for asset creation. Strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency. Experience managing social media platforms and digital content tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
