Under the responsibility of the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be tasked with optimizing digital marketing performance across various channels and will serve as the expert in campaign performance, analytics, automation, and digital conversion.

Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, paid social, retargeting) Manage and improve the Marketing Automation Platform (Dynamics 365): segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, database hygiene Own marketing analytics dashboards: tracking and evaluating website activity and marketing results (campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, etc) Support the website: landing page optimization, UX improvements, A/B testing Staying updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes Preparing performance reports and recommending optimizations based on campaign insights Collaborate on landing page design, SEO content, and conversion tracking Collaborate on social media content strategies to drive engagement and web traffic Work closely with Sales to align campaign goals and target accounts Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns through platforms (email, Google, LinkedIn and Meta) Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM tools (SEM Rush, Ahrefs or Moz) Conversion copywritingand content editing skills for web, email and social media Analytical mindset and data fluency (Excel, dashboards, KPIs) with proven capacity to translate data into insight and use it to improve how campaigns perform and deliver results Experience using marketing automation platform such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Pardot Understanding of digital design principles and ability to collaborate with creative teams (internal and external) Project management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align team efforts Bilingual English and French (English fluency is a prerequisite) Video content creation and editing skills is an asset (Capcut, Adobe Premiere) B2B or industrial marketing experience is a strong plus Employments conditions
