multiple social media accounts simultaneously

and you are

fluent in Sprout Social

this is a must . You create content thats both strategic and scroll-stopping, and your captions are as compelling as your creative. You're collaborative, resourceful, and always a few steps ahead when it comes to digital culture. Bonus if youve got a good eye and know your way around a camera or content edit. You are extremely organized, self-motivated, and detail-obsessed the kind of person who catches the typo before the client ever sees it. Own social strategy and execution across multiple client and internal accounts Build and manage monthly content calendars platform-native, voice-aligned, and backed by strategy Post, schedule, track, and report using

Sprout Social (required) Write sharp, engaging copy with intention and personality Collaborate with the creative team on photo/video concepts, styling, and storytelling Monitor and engage with communities across platforms Stay ahead of social trends and platform changes and know when to ignore them

Requirements:

35 years experience in social media management Hands-on experience managing multiple accounts through Sprout Social (must-have) Extremely organized with the ability to self-manage and operate with strong attention to detail Strong writing and copy skills clarity, tone, and creativity Deep platform knowledge (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Experience working with creative teams (designers, photographers, editors) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role Based in

Miami or the surrounding area

Nice to Have:

Photo/video editing skills On-set or content shoot experience Paid media campaign experience Fluent in Spanish
