Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in creative leadership roles, including brand marketing and team management. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution. Expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and campaign development. Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with emerging creative technologies. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Experience developing innovative creative concepts and corporate identity solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Cloud.
