Primecy MLS Solutions , taking a leadership role in marketing strategies and support, creating tailored communications and campaigns for clients Key Responsibilities: Content Development & Communication: Work with the Director of Customer Success to develop, design, and distribute PrimeMLS communications. Manage communication with vendor partners to schedule vendor training opportunities. Work with the Training Specialist to gather feedback on the PrimeMLS training program and help host focus groups. Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and usage of PrimeMLS benefits. Monitor and analyze usage of each product; compile and report metrics monthly to the Director of Customer Success Collaborate with vendor partners during quarterly review meetings to align marketing strategies. Create compelling social media content that reflects the brand voice and engages customers. Work with the Director of Customer Success to develop ads and social media campaigns. Develop and oversee newsletters, email campaigns, and outreach initiatives to inform customers about updates, training opportunities, and best practices. Event Planning & Coordination: Coordinate and attend local events across NH, VT, and MA, ensuring brand consistency and strong customer engagement. Work with internal teams and external partners to develop event schedules, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. Oversee local and national event logistics, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive participation and engagement. Board of Directors Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors and PrimeMLS for all board-related communications. Manage updates and changes to the Board roster and coordinate communications accordingly. Collaborate with the Training Specialist to develop and maintain an information handbook for new Board members. Collaborate with the Training Specialist in assisting Board members with any necessary Govenda board management software training. Primecy MLS Solutions Support: Take a leadership role in marketing and communications for Primecy MLS Solutions, helping craft messaging for the Primecy brand. Partner with Primecy clients to develop marketing communications and campaigns based on their specific needs. Develop video content and marketing materials for training and promotional initiatives aimed at external MLS clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proficiency with SurveyMonkey, Canva, and Constant Contact. Experience in video creation and/or knowledge of Camtasia is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Knowledge of social media best practices and trends. Ability to travel occasionally for conferences, training events, and industry meetings. Preferred Skills: Advanced knowledge of MLS systems, real estate technology, and industry best practices. This is an hourly, non-exempt full-time position with a starting pay range of $30-33 per hour, commensurate with experience.
