About The Role
The Marketing Coordinator at the American Arbitration Association (AAA) plays a vital role in helping us reimagine how dispute resolution is marketed in the digital age. Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing & Experience Design
Coordinate AAAs presence at key trade shows, conferences, and partner eventsincluding sponsorship execution, vendor management, and budget oversight. Build and execute on-brand booth experiences and activations that elevate AAAs visibility and draw in priority audiences like in-house counsel, legal ops, and tech partners. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, collateral, shipping, and real-time troubleshooting.
Campaign Support & Lead Gen
Partner with the CRM and Campaign Ops teams to support event-driven lead generation, nurture campaigns, and cross-channel follow-up strategies. Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages, email sequences, and tracking links to support lead capture and campaign attribution. Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring clean segmentation and lifecycle tracking of event and campaign contacts.
Data & Performance Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on event KPIs including booth traffic, leads captured, conversion rates, and ROI. Collaborate with the Analytics team to help visualize the performance of marketing initiatives and surface insights that inform future activations.
System Fluency & Martech Execution
Execute campaigns and workflows in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketosupporting lifecycle engagement and data integrity. Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Web teams on event microsites, registration forms, and follow-up content strategies.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing coordination, preferably with a focus on events, demand generation, or legal tech/SaaS sectors. Strong project management and organizational skillsable to manage competing priorities and timelines with precision. Comfort with marketing technology (CRM, email marketing, CMS) and a curiosity for data-driven optimization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsprofessional yet human, clear yet compelling. A collaborative spirit and growth mindsetready to take initiative, learn new tools, and contribute across disciplines.
Bonus Points For
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Monday.com, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with attribution models, event tech (badge scanners, lead capture tools), and campaign dashboards. Background in coordinating executive-facing or thought leadership-driven activations.
