Mid-Level Software/Web Developer
Kentro is hiring a cleared mid-level Software/Web Developer to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Responsibilities include designing and implementing business process modernization and improvements, coordinating and leading activities related to KM needs, developing and maintaining office-specific tools and capabilities, conducting business process reviews, software testing, office workforce training, and website content management. Works with desk officers to improve the design of user interface features and maintains awareness of other Agency KM tools and how they might be incorporated into the office's business processes. Location: Onsite in Springfield, VA. Requirements include 10+ years' relevant experience in the following: demonstrated experience applying knowledge management, business intelligence, process improvement, reengineering methodologies, or best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements; demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists related to technology needs; demonstrated experience in using web-based technologies such as browsers, Coldfusion, ASP pages, HTML code, object-oriented technology, graphics software, and content management systems; proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Preferred skills include demonstrated experience with backend web development, understanding of technology requirements specific to international affairs and IC coordination, demonstrated experience with Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Request Action Tracker (RAT), or SharePoint custom workflows, and proficiency with Java for Front-End and Backend programming, Azure, Angular JS and Angular 2. Must have active TS/SCI with willingness to take a CI poly.
