We are looking for a talented and passionate Sr. User Experience Researcher to lead mixed methods research that informs investments across UKG's AI portfolio. You will work with cross-functional partners to identify critical features and experiences that deliver business & customer success. Responsibilities

Conduct research studies using UXR qualitative and quantitative methods, and behavioral/log data analysis that deepen our understanding of the user experience and drive product strategy. Help build product metrics measurement programs, platforms and reporting mechanisms to scale growing organizational needs. Develop and socialize a strategic point of view on key topics. Advise senior stakeholders and inform north star direction. Raise the methodological bar within the User Research team and mentor other team members. Co-lead ideation and co-creation activities with cross-functional partners and customers. About You

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of professional user research experience, with a demonstrated knowledge of User Experience best practices. Can conduct quantitative research at scale and demonstrate the use of a variety of research methods (longitudinal programs, A/B testing, trigger-based automated surveys, conjoint, and discrete choice modeling). Experience with quantitative analysis tools (eg, Qualtrics, R, SPSS). Familiarity with usage analytics tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Pendo, Looker) preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop creative and practical research approaches to complex design problems. Experience facilitating design and ideation sprints. Familiarity with a variety of workshop methods and recipes. Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include building AI-powered features, using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. BS/BA degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors or related discipline or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications

Subject matter knowledge related to workforce management, human resource management and/or talent management is a plus. Experience with Enterprise software applications highly preferred. The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
