Email Marketing Manager
We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and executing impactful email marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and lead generation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and leverage marketing tools to create targeted campaigns tailored to diverse audiences. Responsibilities: Design and implement lead nurture programs to convert leads into marketing-related leads (MQLs). Develop tailored email sequences for specific audiences, including closed/lost deals, inbound leads, and event attendees. Analyze industry verticals and pain points to create targeted nurture campaigns that align with audience needs. Ensure all nurture programs integrate seamlessly with HubSpot's lead scoring mechanisms, coordinating with internal HubSpot administrators. Create reusable email sequences for recurring marketing initiatives, such as webinars, events, and pricing page visits. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize email designs and campaign strategies. Utilize email marketing platforms to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Drive lead generation efforts by implementing data-driven audience targeting techniques. Stay updated on industry trends to refine marketing campaigns and enhance audience engagement. Requirements: Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management. Proficiency in email marketing platforms, including HubSpot. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and audience targeting. Ability to design engaging email templates and optimize email performance. Experience collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives. Familiarity with analyzing marketing data to improve campaign outcomes.
