SharePoint Web Developer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Web Developer to support its Senior Web Developer in maintaining and enhancing the university's web presence. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills, experience with content management systems (especially Cascade Server), and a commitment to accessibility and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop internal and external university websites. Execute web programming tasks with a focus on accessibility (D1 compliance). Manage customer service requests via web ticketing systems. Develop and maintain code for new features and site enhancements. Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for web content. Ensure compliance with the State of Virginia's accessibility standards. Document technical instructions and processes for team collaboration. Participate in proactive day-to-day operations and team projects. Skills and Requirements: 3+ years experience programming/ developing on Sharepoint platform Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with Cascade Server or similar CMS platforms. Strong understanding of web accessibility standards. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to write and maintain clean, scalable code. Previous experience working for a state agency or higher education institution.
