Robert Half is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Marketing Program Manager to support product marketing initiatives, new product launches, and sustainability programs. This role requires a strong communicator with proven experience driving go-to-market strategies from concept through execution—ideally within the hardware or technology industry.


Location: Remote (PST hours - must be located in PST time zone)

Duration: 4-month contract

Pay Rate: $50–55/hour

Hours: 40/week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market programs to support new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Manage sustainability marketing content for new launches, integrating messaging into product positioning and campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns, including email marketing, web placements, and partner site activations.
  • Develop product marketing collateral and sales enablement tools to support direct sales teams, events, and customer education.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create website and digital marketing assets that highlight product features and benefits.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and manage multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of related experience, ideally in product marketing or program management.
  • Proven experience managing go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns for product launches.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, deliver results, and move quickly with a bias for action.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong ability to balance strategy with execution.
