As a Marketing Specialist, youll be the face and voice of our clients during on-site retail campaigns. This is a customer-facing role focused on building relationships, communicating brand messaging, and supporting sales goals all while gaining valuable real-world experience in both marketing and sales.

What Youll Do:

• Represent our clients products and services at promotional events in retail locations
• Engage directly with customers to educate them on offerings and drive conversions
• Build rapport while delivering consistent, brand-aligned messaging
• Help ensure campaign success through professionalism and strong communication

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and open to coaching and feedback
