SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator with graphic design skills to support our marketing team in executing effective campaigns and brand initiatives. This role involves a combination of project coordination, content creation, and visual design, making it ideal for a versatile candidate who thrives in both administrative and creative functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns targeted to industrial and B2B audiences across digital and traditional channels.
• Own trade show coordination, including planning logistics, securing booth space, preparing promotional materials, and managing trade show software and deadlines for trade shows and customer-facing events.
• Develop and design marketing materialsincluding brochures, product sheets, presentations, and trade show graphicsthat effectively communicate the companys capabilities and value proposition.
• Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, compelling marketing content.
• Maintain and work within a centralized digital filing system for creative assets, including product photos, case studies, and design templates, ensuring organized storage and version control.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting and analysis to inform strategy.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 13 years of experience in a marketing or design role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital channels, along with strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic web content management is preferred. A creative mindset, combined with the ability to maintain brand consistency and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, is key to success in this role.
