OVERVIEW
The Operations and Visual Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for executing Alos operational and visual strategies. This role involves managing inventory, labor planning, visual standards, and ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. The role requires active movement within the store, including the sales floor and back of house, and taking initiative to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee operational and visual process execution
- Address inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager
- Maintain visual standards based on business data
- Support inventory management and labor coordination
- Ensure a safe and efficient store environment
Business Leadership:
- Partner with the General Manager to manage budgets and business metrics
- Participate in planning and review processes
People Leadership:
- Lead and develop the Operations & Visual team
- Communicate Alos mission and principles effectively
- Plan staffing schedules aligned with business needs
Flow Experience Leadership:
- Ensure delivery of Flow experience standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and move constantly within the store
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related tasks
Schedule:
Full-time availability required, including opening, closing, weekends, and during holiday seasons from Thanksgiving to early January.

The base salary range for Assistant Store Manager is $55,000-$75,000/year, with potential bonuses and total rewards including benefits.
