The role:

We're seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Content and Brand Manager to power our growth. You'll transform our marketing to be a competitive advantage at VIATechnik, unveiling the "industry's best-kept secret", producing content that drives sales and elevates our brand across multiple client segments.

In this role you will:

  • Create high-impact sales-driven content, including weekly blog posts, quarterly white papers, and monthly case studies designed for multi-channel use.
  • Develop marketing assets aligned with the client journey that empower sales to lead value-driven conversations, challenge assumptions, and drive decisive action.
  • Preserve and elevate the VIATechnik brand while tailoring messaging for owners, general contractors, and trade contractors.
  • Leverage AI tools to ensure brand consistency, accelerate content production, and measure impact.
  • Partner closely with sales, operations, and the C-suite to execute marketing initiatives with company growth priorities.

Apply if you have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), technology, or professional services industries.
  • Prior experience creating case studies, whitepapers, and client-facing marketing assets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed and/or global team environment.
  • Used AI tools and strategies to make marketing efforts more scalable, efficient, and impactful.
  • Looked for opportunities to use AI tools to automate tasks, personalize messaging, and apply data insights that drive real business results.
  • Proven ability to partner with technical subject matter experts to translate complexity into clarity under tight deadlines.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with experience owning end-to-end marketing efforts independently.
  • Comfort wearing multiple hats and executing hands-on work with minimal guidance or oversight.

Even better if you have:

  • Familiarity with construction technology and VDC/BIM.
  • Understanding of AEC project lifecycles, RFPs/RFQs, and client types.
  • Experience with website content management in WordPress and automated email campaigns.
  • Some design experience with Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.

Compensation and featured benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $98,000 – $115,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
  • Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
  • Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
