Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple projects. This role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, campaign implementation, and performance tracking. You will contribute to the development of promotional strategies that align with our brand and client objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms (excluding social media)
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
Support the planning and coordination of promotional events and campaigns
Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare internal reports
Collaborate with design, sales, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Assist in managing marketing materials, presentations, and internal documentation
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of promotional assets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or administrative coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
