Position Title: Associate Director / Director, Regulatory Affairs – Advertising & Promotion

Location: Greater Boston or Greater Philadelphia

Compensation: base + Annual Bonus + Long-Term Incentive

Company Size: mid-sized pharmaceutical company (rapidly growing)

Therapeutic Areas: Cardiometabolic, Hepatology, Nephrology

Overview:

We are partnered with a fast-growing, global mid-sized pharmaceutical company to identify an Associate Director or Director of Regulatory Affairs, Advertising, and Promotion. This individual will serve as the second-in-command to the Head of Regulatory Ad Promo, playing a strategic and hands-on role in regulatory review and promotional compliance.

The organization has experienced significant growth over the past two years and is anchored by a novel, first-in-class asset. With a growing Regulatory team and pipeline, the company offers a unique blend of stability and upward mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reviewer for advertising and promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Medical, and Commercial, to ensure compliant promotional strategy and execution
• Deep understanding of FDA regulations and guidance related to advertising and promotion, with direct experience engaging with the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP)
• Hands-on experience preparing and submitting materials under Subpart E and/or Subpart H preferred
• Familiarity with digital review tools such as Veeva Vault PromoMat

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• 4+ years of Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion experience
• BA/BS degree in a scientific discipline and an advanced scientific degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a growth mindset
• 20 days PTO
• 2 floating holidays
