An innovative pet tech company in hypergrowth mode is looking for a marketing trailblazer to serve as Chief Marketing Officer. With a portfolio that includes smart products for cats and their humans—think automated feeders, self-cleaning litter boxes, and accessories with serious aesthetic cred—we’re not just evolving the category, we’re reinventing it.
This is more than a job—it's a rare opportunity to lead a dynamic 30-person marketing team across creative, growth, e-commerce, product marketing, content, and brand. From launching an entirely new D2C identity and overseeing a multimillion-dollar performance budget to scaling internationally and shaping customer experiences from the first click to lifelong loyalty—this role requires a mix of vision, precision, and feline-level intuition.
In this role, you'll:
- Launch a new brand presence and product lineup across global markets
- Architect full-funnel marketing strategies backed by customer insights and compelling creative
- Lead omni-channel growth with a keen eye on LTV, CAC, and AOV metrics
- Partner cross-functionally on everything from product claims to retail signage to loyalty programs
- Manage and evolve a top-tier team while fostering internal culture and hiring for growth
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 12+ years of D2C growth, performance, and brand experience
- Loves data as much as disruptive storytelling
- Can lead high-performing teams with clarity, empathy, and firepower
- Has a soft spot (or a lap) for a cat—seriously
- Competitive medical/dental/vision coverage
