Redfin's Growth Marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, creative and results-oriented senior marketing manager to own and drive profitable growth across our mobile app funnel by leveraging paid advertising —from user acquisition and installs through in-app engagement and conversion to agent contact. This role is central to accelerating our app’s impact as a primary lead channel for our real estate business.

What You'll Do

  • App Growth Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing and advertising strategies that increase high-quality app downloads across iOS and Android platforms.

  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Own the complete app user journey—from install to contact with an agent—optimizing for lead generation, conversion, and ROI.

  • Paid Media Management: Manage and scale app campaigns across paid channels (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

  • Analytics & Attribution: Partner with data and product teams to build accurate attribution models, measure campaign performance, and identify growth levers.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test creative, messaging, targeting, and offers to improve key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, agent contact rate).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with real estate operations, sales, and product to align app marketing efforts with lead quality goals and market demand.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree plus six+ years of experience managing app campaigns through paid advertising channels with a history of delivering results.

  • Proven success managing 6–7 figure app marketing budgets across multiple paid channels.

  • Expert in using smart analytics tools and MMP’s like MobileAppTracking, Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytic.

  • Experience scaling both iOS and Android app campaigns in competitive verticals.

  • Experience analyzing post-install campaign metrics and regularly providing updates to product and engineering teams to improve consumer engagement.

  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management skills.

  • Experience in a B2C or marketplace environment—real estate, proptech, or local services is a plus

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $112,800.00 - 168,800.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
