Product Manager, Downstream Marketing – Surgical Robotics | Hybrid (Bay Area)
Join a high-growth leader in surgical robotics and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial success.
As Product Manager, Downstream Marketing , you’ll be the bridge between our products, our customers, and our commercial teams — ensuring our innovations reach the market with maximum impact.
You’ll collaborate with commercial marketing, upstream marketing, sales, field service, commercial operations, and customer service to align and execute strategic initiatives that drive product adoption and business growth.
What You’ll Do
New Product Launch
- Capture and communicate sales and customer feedback to guide product enhancements.
- Develop compelling marketing plans covering market opportunity, target customer profile, product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Monitor performance of on-market products and introduce enhancements and programs to meet business goals.
- Evaluate new markets, create business cases, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Manage end-of-life strategies for legacy products.
- Translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
- Create programs to support sales and drive product adoption.
Commercial Operations Strategy
- Track KPIs to measure product/program success.
- Monitor sales performance and pricing data, adjusting strategies as needed.
Clinical & Product Excellence
- Understand competitive clinical data and product applications.
- Translate clinical insights into impactful product messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in medical device sales, product management, marketing, or clinical engineering.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.
- Strong mix of analytical, commercial, and clinical understanding.
Location: Hybrid, Bay Area candidates only .
