Heymarket helps businesses unify their communications through text messaging, email, and other popular channels. We're looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts including creating content, growing website conversions, and collaborating on campaigns. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a foundation in marketing at a fast-growing startup. You’ll get hands-on experience and direct mentorship from our experienced team, with the chance to make a real impact on our lead generation and conversion goals. What You'll Do Content Creation: Ideate, plan, and manage the creation of engaging content, including blogs, landing pages, and videos. You’ll work with copywriters, designers, and web developers to bring these ideas to life, and write copy for social media and website tests. Website Optimization: Plan, build, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve our website's performance and turn more visitors into qualified leads for the sales team. Paid Digital Campaigns: Contribute creative ideas and landing page tests for our paid digital campaigns and work with our paid digital expert to optimize campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing and web development teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and use performance data to refine our content and campaigns. Process Management: Coordinate with our content team (designers, writers, developers) to keep projects on track and on time. Explore and Implement New Tools: Identify and adopt new tools, especially AI, to advance our marketing capabilities. What We're Looking For A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams. A growth mindset and a curiosity about new technologies like GenAI. -Any prior experience in marketing or communications, especially in a tech or startup environment. -Examples of writing or campaign work that showcases your strategic thinking. -Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), or WordPress. -Experience with A/B testing platforms (like VWO) -Proven ability to collaborate in Figma and Jira Why You'll Love Working at Heymarket Immediate Impact: Your work will directly influence our growth and customer acquisition from the start.
