Position Overview:
The
Journeyman Multimedia Specialist
supports the
Program Management and Data Analysis (PMDA)
Support Services for the
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
This role will work on communications and training efforts by creating engaging visual content and multimedia products.
Must have Top Secret Clearance or SCI Eligibility
This Position is Contingent Upon Award

Position Responsibilities: Design and produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, presentations) Support internal and external communications initiatives Assist in developing training materials and visual aids Ensure brand consistency and accessibility compliance Collaborate with communications and program teams Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field 5 years of experience in multimedia design or communications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience supporting federal agencies preferred
