Digital Paid Media Specialist
We're seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team and support paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other digital platforms to drive website traffic and revenue. This is an execution-focused role reporting to the Director of Paid Media and Email. You'll help manage campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day operations, supporting the broader paid media strategy while developing your skills in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. This is a high-potential, hands-on role designed for someone ready to learn, contribute, and grow your career within Radwell's digital marketing team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (search, shopping, and display). Collaborate with the Director and other team members to implement campaign strategies, monitor performance, and adjust tactics including targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, ad assets, and measurement strategy. Support agency/vendor coordination by providing data, campaign updates, and performance insights to ensure progress towards business goals and evolved paid media strategy. Monitor campaign performance daily and report on key metrics such as traffic, ROAS, CLV, and new customer acquisition. Manage product feeds and Google Merchant Center updates to ensure campaign accuracy and efficiency. Assist in automating reporting, proactive performance alerts (such as budget overspend, significant CPC/CPA changes, or broken campaign tracking), and workflow tasks to improve operational efficiency. Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to support ongoing campaign improvement. Metrics
Accurate, efficient execution of paid campaigns with minimal errors. Timely reporting of campaign performance, with the ability to interpret paid search and business metrics to assess performance, extract meaningful insights and recommend data-driven optimizations to the Director and team. Proactive coordination with agency and vendor partners to maintain campaign quality and meet deadlines. Effective support of automation initiatives, reporting, and feed management to reduce manual work and increase scale. Contribution to incremental traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition from paid campaigns. Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with or interest in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Google Merchant Center. Exposure to or interest in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards (Power BI, Looker, or similar) is helpful. Knowledge of automation tools, scripts, or workflow optimization is a plus, but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present campaign data. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. High potential, eager to learn and problem solve, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Strong data integrity skills. Strong problem resolution and analysis skills. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. 2+ years of experience in paid search or digital advertising is a plus, but not required; we welcome high-potential candidates eager to learn. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Physical Demands
