Summary

The Project Manager will participate in the planning of ongoing marketing projects ranging from trainings and large presentations to customized merchandising and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure execution and completion efficiently and on time.

Compensation

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $21.75 to $24.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $46,240 and $52,480 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing team to create and refine internal and external messaging, subsequent content and execution focused on product marketing, go-to-market strategies, sales training, etc.
  • Participate in communicating messaging and focuses both internally and externally through webinars, in person trainings, e-learnings, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Develop detailed project plans to meet business objectives based on cross-functional input and analysis. Through collaboration and influence, gain buy-in and team ownership of the plan.
  • Manage multiple one-off and recurring projects simultaneously including preparation for large annual meetings, new employee training classes, high-level customer meetings, customized merchandising projects, etc.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of projects post-development. Act as the single point contact to facilitate continued engagement with internal and external participants and ensuring completion of expected outcomes.
  • Prepare and present status updates during and after implementation (dashboards, KPIs, and areas for improvement). Determine if additional follow-ups are required to achieve desired outcome.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills good structure and clarity in written, oral, and presentation materials.
  • Executive presence including ability to manage agenda with management team in regular meetings.
  • Effective decision-making skills ability to negotiate and balance decisions and priorities across needs of several functional departments. Makes timely decisions in the face of risk and uncertainty.
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and basic understanding of graphic design software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
