Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our product design group, tasked with defining and advancing our motion design language across multiple platforms in collaboration with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will craft our new brand DNA through captivating in-product animated moments, ensuring a cohesive narrative and engaging user experiences. This role involves close cooperation with design leaders, product management, as well as brand and cross-platform engineering teams from early stage product concepts to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the vision for unique and compelling motion design within our motion framework.
- Use editing and storytelling skills for both internal and external audiences at a high level.
- Strategically collaborate with executives and team members across the organization.
- Ensure delivery aligns with developer expectations and perform QA to guarantee implementation meets design expectations.
- Translate business needs into customer-focused solutions with innovative design.
- Expert in motion and visual design with 7+ years of experience.
- Proficient with Rive, After Effects, and C4D.
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design or related discipline.
- Experience with product development environments.
- Background in designing for mobile web and/or on-device mobile applications is preferred.
