JobDescription:
Adobe Enterprise Marketing is seeking a Sr. Content Strategist to join our Portfolio & Solution Content Strategy Team to support Digital Media products like Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud for Business, Acrobat, and Express. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting innovative, compelling content, including web experiences, guides, videos, blogs, and promotional campaign kits for global demand programs. This role involves collaborating with teams across portfolio marketing, product marketing, demand marketing, PR/comms, web, creative, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Content Strategy:
Develop and drive content strategy for Adobes enterprise solutions, products, and new product launches, including narratives for key industries and personas. Partner with portfolio marketing and campaign managers to align content with campaign strategy and ensure activation in relevant channels. - Website Experience and Journeys:
Collaborate with web program managers, product SMEs, writers, and designers to articulate capabilities, benefits, features, and use cases across product and solution pages onbusiness.adobe.com. - Content Development:
Draft creative briefs that synthesize industry trends, expert input, third-party research, and internal messaging to guide the creation of content across formats and channels. Partner with our creative teams and subject matter experts to review content for accuracy, tone, and visual appeal. - Editorial:
Demonstrate excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, translating complex subjects into consumable, customer-centric content assets. - Content Management & Enablement:
Catalogue and distribute new content as it becomes available. Audit and identify gaps to inform content plans. Enable the broader marketing ecosystem to understand our strategy, available content, and usage. Use qualitative and quantitative data to continually refine and optimize your content strategy.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Content Strategy or similar experience
- B2B marketing experience desired
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and build consensus across teams
- Self-starter who initiates and completes projects with little to no direction
- Proven success crafting compelling messages and assets
- Experience marketing enterprise creative/customer experience technology is a plus but not required
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
