Insight Global is hiring two Contract Content Marketing Associates for our client to support the expansion of a hotel website as they onboard over thirty-five properties. This project-based, hybrid role is ideal for meticulous professionals with experience in content coordination, digital publishing, and hospitality platforms. Candidates must be available to work on-site in Orlando at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

Organize existing copy and photography assets for each property

Prepare content packages for third-party delivery

Format and optimize content for Amadeus iHotelier Booking Engine, including room descriptions, amenities, and promotions

Edit property descriptions to align with brand voice and digital standards

Apply SEO best practices, including metadata and keyword integration

Upload and format content in CMS and Amadeus systems (CMS/GMS/GDS)

Conduct QA checks for accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines

Support content creation for confirmation, pre-arrival, and post-stay emails

Required:

13 years of experience in content marketing, digital publishing, or asset coordination

Strong copy writing, editing, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Amadeus Galaxy CMS, SiteCore, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress) and digital asset management (DAM) systems

Compensation:

$19/hr to $21/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
