The Role: Home Health Marketing Liaison
We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Home Health Marketing Liaison to join our growing team. This role is central to our success and focuses on strengthening referral relationships, expanding our community presence, and supporting the delivery of exceptional home health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing operations and execute strategic outreach initiatives
- Assist in developing systems for ongoing market assessment and strategic marketing plans aligned with agency growth goals
- Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physician offices, and other medical providers
- Collaborate with the management team on strategic planning to improve services and meet the evolving needs of our clients and community
- Stay informed about the agency’s market position, referral patterns, and competitor landscape
- Maintain current information on available community resources to support clients and staff
- Support the agency's annual evaluations related to marketing, program development, and growth initiatives
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on marketing activities and referral trends
- Partner with clinical staff to ensure a unified message and seamless coordination of care across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous healthcare marketing, sales experience, and/or referral generating — home health or hospice strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of home health regulations, compliance requirements, and payer systems
- Established contacts and experience working with referral sources such as hospitals, Rehabs, SNFs, ALFs, and physician offices
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of generating referrals
- Solid understanding of insurance plans, including Medicare, VA, and private insurers
- Professional appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
