Your Role:
Lead operational efficiency, manage your team, ensure financial goals are met, and foster a strong community among residents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the on-site team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with residents, address concerns, and promote community engagement.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and expenses to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate property maintenance and address issues promptly.
• Ensure legal compliance and prepare reports for management.
• Develop marketing strategies to ensure full occupancy and support leasing efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years in multifamily property management, with at least 3 years as a Community Manager.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Class A or luxury lease-up properties is a plus.
• CAM designation is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for outreach and marketing activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and on-call.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and market trends.
• Passion for creating thriving communities.
