Your Role:
Lead operational efficiency, manage your team, ensure financial goals are met, and foster a strong community among residents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the on-site team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build relationships with residents, address concerns, and promote community engagement.
- Manage budgets, rent collections, and expenses to maximize occupancy.
- Coordinate property maintenance and address issues promptly.
- Ensure legal compliance and prepare reports for management.
- Develop marketing strategies to ensure full occupancy and support leasing efforts.
- 4+ years in multifamily property management, with at least 3 years as a Community Manager.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Class A or luxury lease-up properties is a plus.
- CAM designation is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for outreach and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and on-call.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and market trends.
- Passion for creating thriving communities.
