Digital Content Associate, Audible Job at Amazon in Bellevue

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operational activities related to the content in the audiobook. Associates are expected to listen, identify, and fix issues related to content in audiobooks using software or tools by adhering to the standard operating procedure. Associates are required to use a headset to listen to the audio for significant periods during their work.

Key job responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures.
2. Analyze and identify issues in the audio content.
3. Understand the issues and utilize available resources/tools to resolve or fix them.
4. Systematically escalate problems or discrepancies to relevant owners/teams according to processes and standards.
5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Adhere to the Service Level Agreements and maintain the average handle time set for the processes.
7. Meet predetermined productivity targets and quality standards.
8. Make judgment-based decisions based on observations and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Fresher or candidate with 1 year of work experience.
