Linney is a world-class, multichannelmarketing services business. We are seeking an experiencedaccount director to help us deliver outstanding service for ourclients. Linney Create is a 250-strong creative agency in theheart of the East Midlands.

We are looking for someone with experienceworking in a creative or advertising agency. A natural leader, you willwork closely with and inspire the team, ensuring end-to-endproject delivery of marketing, brand, social and internalcommunication campaigns.

You will lead on the strategic development andsales growth for your accounts and have commercialaccountability. You be adept at understanding market dilemmas andbe able to help our clients overcome them, deliver on theirambitions and bring their brands to marketeffectively.

You will be able to evaluate and help shapecreative proposals with complete confidence, create opportunitieswith clients, and explore ways to help grow their and ourbusiness.

We are looking for a highly motivated,adaptable and proactive professional who will bring drive andenthusiasm to the role and is great at buildingrelationships.

An excellent communicator, you will beflexible and organised, with excellent presentation skills and ahigh level of commercial acumen. Our ideal candidate will be a confidentand creative multi-tasker who is calm under pressure, proactiveand collaborative. A problem-solver and strategic thinker, youwill be able to deliver on time, meeting clientdeadlines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for overall service deliveryand all commercial aspects, within the framework of our clientcontracts and project work
  • Create new client opportunities and exploreways to grow their business and ours, through clear growthstrategies
  • Ensure the work we deliver for our client isworld class
  • Lead and deliver service and business reviewmeetings with our clients
  • Recommend system and process enhancements,focusing on continuous improvement

Essential experience and skills:

  • An impressive track record managing multipleaccounts
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrable development of existingcustomer relationships
  • Excellent computer skills on Excel andPowerPoint
  • Experience in a creative agency environmentand across a selection of marketing channels
  • Proven leadership skills and a real desireto exceed expectations
