Position Summary

As Creative Marketing Lead, you will be the architect of Cleobella’s brand narrative, bringing together creative direction, marketing strategy, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations. Reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director, you will set the bar for modern, relevant, and aspirational campaigns that inspire customers and strengthen brand equity.

This role blends hands-on art direction with strategic marketing leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in the contemporary fashion space, understands how to shape culture through fashion storytelling, and thrives working cross-functionally with design and creative teams.

What You’ll Do

Best-in-Class Creative Marketing

  • Lead the ideation, design, and execution of 360° seasonal campaigns that elevate Cleobella’s aesthetic and drive KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Be hands-on at all photoshoots, overseeing casting, styling, shot lists, and post-production (editing, color grading, asset delivery).
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion of Cleobella’s elevated brand identity across every consumer touchpoint.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the design and creative teams to translate seasonal collections into compelling storytelling, visuals, and campaigns.
  • Act as a connector between product, design, and marketing — ensuring creative campaigns amplify Cleobella’s artistry and sustainability ethos.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Build and scale influencer and ambassador programs in the contemporary fashion space.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships that authentically grow awareness, loyalty, and customer engagement.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with talent, stylists, and creative collaborators aligned with Cleobella’s vision.

Collaborations & Experiential Activations

  • Concept and execute collaborations with like-minded brands, designers, and artists.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and pop-ups that strengthen community and expand Cleobella’s cultural impact.
  • Partner with PR to maximize reach and storytelling around events and collaborations.

Innovation & Emerging Tools

  • Explore how AI and emerging creative technologies can be leveraged to expand Cleobella’s art direction and campaign storytelling.
  • Bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas that keep Cleobella at the leading edge of fashion marketing.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and guide a cross-functional team across creative, digital, PR, and influencer functions.
  • Build an environment of optimism, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in fashion marketing, with a strong background in the contemporary/luxury space.
  • Proven experience in creative direction, art direction, influencer marketing, and brand activations/events.
  • Hands-on involvement in photoshoots, styling, and creative production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing teams and agencies.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Interest in AI and future-forward creative tools, with curiosity about how to apply them in art direction and storytelling.
  • A balance of creative vision and business acumen, with the ability to deliver campaigns that inspire while achieving measurable results.
