The Motion/Graphic Designer will create logos, graphics, printed material, videos, social media posts, and more, using their creativity and tools provided in Adobe Creative Cloud. Working under the Creative Director, the designer will meet the visual needs of all Tomoka Christian Church’s campuses.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce content
• Develop branding guidelines for logos and other materials
• Make design decisions regarding fonts and colors
• Communicate the rationale behind design choices
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Maintain an eye for aesthetics across various media, including print, web graphics, and videos
• Understand and fulfill communication prompts while ensuring quality
• Meet project deadlines, even with tight turnaround times
• Accept and incorporate feedback, even if it requires restarting a project
• Follow the Branding Guide for all projects related to Tomoka
• Willing to travel occasionally to other campuses for project understanding
• Think creatively, produce innovative work, and solve problems effectively

Skills/Qualifications:

• A passion to connect people to Jesus through visual communication
• Knowledge of design elements such as color, composition, and fonts
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite
• Artistic ability and creativity
• Supportive of Tomoka’s mission, vision, and values
