Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of client campaigns, from start to finish. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and SMB/merchant clientele. You will execute strategies developed by the Director of Account Management while identifying opportunities to expand client engagement.
Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information, assets, and expectations are collected and documented.
Campaign Execution: Configure influencer offer amounts, issue proposals, and facilitate campaign maintenance in alignment with client goals and strategies set by the Director of Account Management .
Marketing Strategy Implementation: Execute marketing initiatives and deliverables as outlined in the client strategy, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards.
Campaign Management: Oversee influencer marketing on-going campaigns from start to finish - monitoring deliverables, tracking performance, and maintaining communication with the creator team and clients.
Contract Tracking & Renewals: Maintain accurate records of contracts, monitor timelines, and flag items for renewal or renegotiation.
Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to add services to existing client retainers.
Reporting & Insights: Support campaign reporting efforts by gathering performance data, summarizing results, and highlighting actionable insights.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate client and campaign needs, proactively address potential challenges, and maintain a forward-looking approach.
Qualifications 13 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, influencer management, or a related role (agency or SaaS experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using project management tools, CRM platforms, and influencer marketing platforms.
High attention to detail coupled with strong follow-through skill and a sense of urgency.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Desire to grow into a world class marketing strategist with a secondary skillset in sales.
