Event Photographer Job at LeadingAge Wisconsin in Madison

LeadingAge Wisconsin is looking to hire a photographer for our annual conference on 9/10/25 at the Kalahari in the Dells.

It pays $500 for one day of work, plus any follow-up needed to share the digital photos with us.

The work will be mostly candid shots of the conference attendees, speakers, and expo, plus 2 hours of taking headshots of the expo goers at the LeadingAge WI expo booth.

The day starts at 7:45am and goes through 3:45pm, with lunch provided.

Preferred to have the photographer provide a backdrop for the head shots.

We'd like 5-10 images delivered by the end of the day and the final selection of images (120-150) delivered within a week.
