What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the daily process of publishing new content, including formatting posts and adding visuals
- Update published content for accuracy, SEO, and compliance requirements
- Maintain data accuracy in internal tools and resources
- Help develop and maintain documentation for the editorial team
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve skills and contribute to shared goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting (including light HTML)
- Basic understanding of SEO practices and an open mind towards AI implementation in workflows
