What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in publishing new content by formatting posts and adding visuals, HTML tables, and other elements
- Update published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience
- Maintain internal tools and resources to ensure consistent accuracy of content
- Support compliance requirements and documentation development for the team
- Collaborate closely with the Editorial Team to enhance personal knowledge and skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting (including light HTML)
- Basic understanding of SEO practices and adaptability to new tools and workflows
