What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the daily process of publishing new content, including formatting and adding visuals
- Update published content for accuracy, SEO, and reader experience
- Maintain internal tools and resources to ensure content accuracy
- Help ensure compliance requirements are met for new and existing content
- Collaborate closely with the Editorial Team to improve skills and knowledge through feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting
- Basic understanding of SEO practices and an openness to AI in content creation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital media or performance marketing is ideal
- High level of comfort with learning and adapting to new systems and workflows
- Previous experience in a production role within editorial or digital content teams
